MTN CALL CENTRE NON COMPETANT

Our MTN data on WIFI were suspended ! we were told to pay an certain amount of money to restore our service. In the meantime we approached a MTN shop, a fantastic young man immediately found that MTN is in the wrong ! They have deducted to many money from our account! Our WIFI service was immediately restored by that young man - kudo's to him. TO SAY THE LEAST , THE MTN CALL CENTRE IS NON COMPETANT. THE EMAIL COMPLAINTS IS ALSO NON COMPETANT ( there is a paragraph "this is where your problems are solved") In the meantime is our problem still under investigation. The very competent young man needs to solve the issue together with an Area Manager. We are 100% sure that the matter will be solved - time will tell !
