MTN CALL CENTRE NEVER AVAILABLE 083173!!!!!

I have been trying to get to speak to some one at MTN for 2 days now!!!! All I get is a constant beeping .....and then when the call is automatically answered, I am prompted to another robot!!!! I do not have service on my phone, I cannot make or recieve calls!!! <br> How on eartha am I going to follow a 141 instruction???<br> Ok i think i am smart I try *** - guess what number does not exist!!! so I try *** - still same.<br> I managed to get thro yestrday for 5 seconds the lady told me to test my sim, which i had done prior and told her it is working - she said ok and guess what CUT ME OFF!!!!!<br> All I need is to speak to some one who knows whats going on - not get cut off!!!<br> I cannot call 173 - my PHONE DOES NOT WORK, I HAVE \NO SERVICE"- I call 083173 - refer above!!!"""
