MTN - call centre leaves a bitter taste

Today, I was contacted by Natasha Chetty who said that my MTN account would be stopped unless I upgraded to a 2-year contract. Her tone was threatening and abrasive. The number Natasha called me from is : +***. Time 11.13. This in an unsolicited call and my rights as a consumer have been infringed. :(
