MTN Call Centre is Very bad

I am NOT HAPPY with MTN Call canter spoke with 3 different agents to assist me in Backlisting my devices as its lost but I have been getting a raw deal they talking from peeler to post...…Am frustrated as i cant do with out a phone cuz i need to study and i work a phone
