MTN call centre is useless
My anytime data bundle was ****** by MTN, I was surfing between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM on Saterday (21/01 2020), but for some reason my anytime data was used instead of night data. I have phoned several times, unfortunately i was assisted by *********** individuals, hence my issue has not been resolved yet, by the way my contract is due to expire next month, i wont have to deal with this ******* again. In the mean time, i need my data to be reversed because it's in the contract that i signed with you.
