Mtn Call centre is so useless

I cancelled my mtn contracts since 23 May 2023 and till this day 16 August the cancellation has not been processed. When I call call center they send me from pillar to post or hang up on me. My case has been escalated so much so that the system kicks off the ones that seems to want to assist me. I am so exhausted. MTN IS SUCH A HORRIBLE COMPANY
