Mtn call centre is absolutely horrid!

Oh my! How hard is it to cancel a contract that has reached its end date! I have called the entire week and everyday is a new story! They either say go into the shop, the system is down, call another number ( That is just a few of MTNs excuses) . I have so many MTN contracts and I will ensure that I will cancel each one when they end ( Even though it seems impossible) . I mean I have paid till the end can't they cancel the contract! Why is it so difficult for mtns call center staff to do their job!
