MTN Call centre helpful despite not being able to resolve my handset issue

I have had numerous problems with my handset and despite not being able to resolve the problem (my handset is currently barred from making external calls) the call centre agents were very helpful. All things considered and in light of the COVID-19 lockdown currently in place. #SupportLocal
