Mtn call centre has become unusable.
Mtn call centre is terrible. I have had my call dropped twice after more than 10 minutes on hold both times. The agents are nearly audible with the noise in the background and the line quality is **********.
I love the mtn network and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but this is something that becomes untenable.

02 Dec 2024, 23:30After around 3 hours in total on the phone today to resolve my issue, between sitting on hold, having the calls dropped and having such bad line quality that the agents drop me back in the queue, I must commend two people in particular, Nomthandazo Mkhize and Zimbini Rayi. These two ladies went the extra mile to assist and be jovial on the call, which also tempered my anger. These ladies are absolute gems and I want to give my utmost thanks and appreciation to them.
