MTN Call Centre Agents Not Available

I've been trying to make contact with a agent via the call centre number but there is no option when you call the 135 number. I tried to resolve my problem, but there is no option to choose for my problem. I can log into my Momo account but cannot transact. I know that I was supposed to update my details on Momo but don't know where or how to do it.
