MTN Call Centre Agents Making Life A Joke!!

MTN call centre agents that try and call you to sell you products think they have made it in life, first of all the forcing you to take products, secondly they get their friends to come listen to their call and then they end up laughing!! Which it’s beyond disgusting!! Then the agent has the nerve to ask me “Why do I have contracts with MTN, I should cancel it”

she called and refused to give me her name or allow me to speak to a manager, told me straight she won’t give me her name!!
