MTN call centers

MTN call centers are officially worse then Telkom. I keep getting transferred or put on hold forever. Then the agent will say their name and go silent. When i phone back the same number *** then same guy named Legend will answer and transfer me to someone else. When 30seconds ago i was on hold for legend, he did not ask any details the first time i called just said please hold. Then when i get transferred to Manowe she just goes silent no been put on hold or anything. Clearly these guys prefer having people hold the line to kill time instead of actually work.
