MTN call center useless

The MTN Call center wait times are beyond unacceptable. In all my years of using MTN and occasionally contacting the call center I have never not received the message that they are experiencing high call volumes. If this was true it would have been addressed within the last 15+ years. Obviously customer service is not really a priority. I'm writing this review while still holding to speak to a consultant. The timer on my phone currently shows 25minutes and I am yet to speak to anyone.
