MTN call center is worlds worst one

<p>I want to cancel my MTN contract , i called ********** and one very bright guy took the call and asked for my number 3 times and finally he got it right .when i say i want to cancel ... je said transfering to canvellations department ..its 16 minutes i am waiting in call . No one picked it </p>
