Mtn call center especially contracts department

MTN Call center must improve on their assistence to the clients part of our monthly premiums if not all of them are the ones putting food on their table whereas they act like they own MTN,some have attitute towards us clients who have contracts with MTN,when you enquire about their products and when you enquire about the current products you have with them,MTN must confirm with their employees in reguler basis if they are still happy working for them or not,we spent lots and lots of money for their services in return some of them give us stinking attitute,they can't help with anything ,and you can hear that the person want to drop you call is like you disturbed him/her on something very important than helping MTN clients.
