MTN call center agents are ABSOLUTELY USELESS!

MTN Customer Service call agents are absolutely useless, you phone MTN & you are on hold for a minimum of an hour, then I explained that they migrated my account to a higher package & when they did this the agent assured me that my monthly premium would remain unchanged. They since have billed me more, I have been trying since to get a hold of someone to assist, they send you from pillar to post & no can assist & they conveniently cannot produce the recording where they assured me that my premium will remain the same. MTN call center agents are USELESS & PATHETIC!
