MTN call center

MTN call center services are useless from the service champions right to the supervisors. I have not been assisted in 3 weeks after numerous calls trying to get a contract cancelled. It is as good as calling voicemail as they are unable to understand your query and just stick to their given scripts and cannot apply their minds to the situation like robots. I also experienced ********* misconduct where the supervisor in retentions **** and gave me inaccurate information which demonstrates the level of incompetency, I do not know how he go the job. MTN does not protect client information, I had a contract directly with them only to find with the upgrade another company calls purporting to be MTN, with all my contract information, of which they are not and MTN says they cannot help.
