MTN - CALL 135 - NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT

I am attempting to speak to a consultant so that I can request account details. I have dialed 135 on numerous occasions and THERE IS NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT. Even pressing 0 yield no results! It should not be such a hassle to get into contact with your mobile provider!!
