MTN Caledon: Worst service in the history of mankind.

I helped my mother get an Ipad/data contract at MTN Caledon. After weeks of delays and excuses the WRONG ipad finally arrived. This version of Ipad that was sent is not cellphone/simcard enabled.

After countless calls to MTN they admitted that they made a mistake and would now send us a mini modem for the useless simcard that was included in the package.

This was in July. To this day we have not received any modem nor any service from mtn. But the debit orders have been going off for months. We are paying for something that we are not receiving.

Never in my life have I encountered such useless service that borderlines *****.

I will be moving all my contracts from MTN to another provider.
