MTN Caledon - the Mrs Kruger from hell

What an awful experience at Caledon MTN, I have signed an expensive contract however they were off line yesterday. Today I phone and Salome Kruger answers the phone very abruptly to tell me she just walked in,,,, kind you it’s offline and proceeds to lie and tell me the was laodshedding this morning and couldn’t help me. And to top it off she has hung up on me twice on two separate calls today!!!
