MTN Caledon bad service

I had a contract with MTN and it expired in January 2020. The branch manager Salome Kruger said I had to fill in a form that I did. I was billed in Feb,March and received another for this month. Confronting her with the issue she just gave me MTN's no. and said I must sort it myself! What kind of service is that??
