MTN

Number has been off for 3 weeks now. After 3 MTN shops and numerous calls to customer care over this period nobody seems to be able to help. Today they said they only received the request on 23rd and it will take another 3 weeks. (Credit department). Well after all this I have to basically change all my contact and banking details. Thanks MTN after +- 30 years and that's the service you provide to your customers. Shame on you. I'm done.
