Horrible customer service experience,no compassion whatsoever the so called “service champions “ and can never help you with anything……bought data from their app it’s called work from home special and it’s not working on any of the apps I use as I work from home Also on their app they don’t specify that it’s for certain work apps and not others when I call them the “service champions “ tell me no it doesn’t work for any of your work apps so there’s nothing we can do for you, you will just have to wait for it to expire, then they drop calls while you still try to understand.
