So. You try to call 135 to talk to a so called service champion. Hahahaha. They do not exist. Only a 5 minute recording telling you a lot of bull****. I pay my account on time for years. Now I cant make a call MTN IS UP TO ****. people change your network ASAP. Anything is better than MTN.

07 Apr 2020, 20:32I know the payment was received. I could not make any calls for 2 hours tonight. I pay for a service. Let me pay R20 less then I get cut. But when I need help on 135 theres no option to speak to someone about the terrible signal then no one available.
