MTN *****

I have been debited by MTN for a contract that I never opened. When contacting them, they couldn't even tell when was the contract taken, signed for and where the phone was delivered. Their system can only recognize my FNB account and the name of the phone. They said I must write and send an affidavit for ***** and I did. Now they can't sent me proof of contract cancelation but want me to still answer on contract that I don't know. I am liable for bank charges for the debit orders, must go around with my money to police station for what I don't know.
