MTN *****

In may some other useless person activate a sim with my banking details at hi fi corporation in Springfield kzn. I reported it on the 1st of June as ***** at the local MTN store, after not hearing anything back from them on the 22nd of June I send an email to the ***** department, they send me a ref nr. but still haven't contacted me. to my surprise on the 2nd of July the same debit order went of my account. why did MTN not stop the debit order. according to my bank it is an inside job. I'm 83 years old for goodness sake. You cannot get hold of any body at the ***** department via a phone, it just say you made the wrong choice if you phone them
