MTN

MTN as a whole should just close down I have been trying to get my issue resolved since 2pm and it 5 pm now and I have not been assisted. I have been transferred to each and every department and I have spent Over R 150 on airtime. They are billing me for a contract I closed in 2022 and they are only letting me know now when it is about R 5544. How was I being charged when i have fully paid off my account. Why was my cancelation rejected if they accmy money. They should just close shop because they are very abusive and useless
