Mtn

I have a data contract with mtn ,it happened that I lost contract sim card. K I reported the matter to Mtn, so I was told to go do sim swap at any mtn store, the I went to mtn Lambton more 4 to five times couldn't get help I went to mnt boksburg 2 to 3 times still couldn't get a help as well,then I end up I'm mtn Nicol way helping the a gentlemen called Lwande ,still can't help and this mayhas been going on since last year October even I still struggling to do sim swap, but they are running the debit order every month, so I'm not sure what to do anymore and what about the data that I should getting every month are they going to refund me for those moi have be paying without getting the service, I tried everything not sure what to do anymore I called their call center I did their store still that doesn't help
