MTN *****

MTN first allowed an individual a free ride on my husband's account. We were paying for a second person to use an MTN No and we were paying for it. This came from within the Branch. After nearly a year of reports and complaints, we got some money back. They still owe us more than R5 000 and despite many emails, there is just no response. I think this is disgusting
