MTN

I'm very disappointed with Mtn service 😡 😡 😡 . On the 1st of January they debited and reversed the money, but it was short with R200. They also blocked the 2 phones and unblocked them after a week. 1st of February they debited the money and reversed it back again, but it was short. I went to Mtn to complain about that and I was told that I was supposed to come pay the money instore as they've been having an error on their side since December and that all their customers have been coming to the store to complain also. So now I was told that I owe more than R1000 yet they failed to debit on time, and kept reversing the money and didn't even inform me of their error problem
