MTN ***** BY STAFF

My mother had her MTN Cell phone account hacked by a MTN employee, that works at a satellite branch in HIFI Corp. They charged her R6000 that I was able to reverse, we logged a ***** case with them, with the police, got avadavats, all the items MTN requested. The branch in North Gate Shopping center were absolutely NOT interested in assisting, they did the bare minimum! After a month another R6000 was debited, that I reversed & blocked on her account, this obviously costing my mom fees each time from the bank. 2 months later, we still cannot get it resolved, we now using the MTN branch at Woodmead, they have been very helpful, but their hands are tied, you cannot contact the MTN ***** dept. at all, only log on the system, we can't change the Phone num,ber as the *****ster has changed it to his number, so he gets the SMS's! We have to jump through hoops to get a contract, but their own staff can commit ***** with zero consequences! Now the ***** contract is still being debited off her account, we cannot close the account as the "*****" case is still open, I've been told it's supposed to take 21 days to resolve, it's been almost 3 months now, with NO resolution! I'm absolutely disgusted by the service from the ***** department of MTN South Africa.
