MTN bussines cannot provide a stable and reliable service

We have a wireless link from our factory to the MTN tower. This service is more off than on. MTN can't or won't resolve this problem. MTN business support won't escalate the problem. This service has been un reliable since the start. We want this service fixed.We are reporting this to ICASA. Is there any one at MTN that can resolve this debilitating poor service and reliability
