MTN - Businesses, stay away!

I updated both my phone and internet contacts on 10/06/2021 at MTN main branch in Newton Park in Port Elizabeth. The consultant advised me on a deal that is not compatible with my router. Since then I have not had internet access on my office network, despite the consultant admitting to the fact that he advised me incorrectly. Now (14/06/2021) I cannot get hold of anyone, nor has the problem been resolved. Its as simple as migrating me back to my old internet package, but despite going to their offices this morning and having a meeting with both the consultant and assistant manager, nothing has happened. I am running an internet business and the contract is a business contract. MTN is useless. Staff not trained properly (as admitted by the assistant manager), pathetic service to business.
