MTN Business shocking service

I am sitting here wondering where has service gone to in South Africa, a fault was reported to MTN Business on 7th October 2020 at 12:00 for an 20Mbps internet link via "microwave" being down, today is 9th October 2020 and still no internet and no technician in site. Surely in this day and age of technology this type of link can be tested and a technician sent within an hour of reporting. Totally disgusted MTN
