MTN Business Sales Call Centre Service Is ****

I am forced to give a start rating however I think MTN deserves no stars at all.On 17/07/2019 my number was incorrectly upgraded by Kagiso from MTN Business. To date my contract is still not reversed and NO ONE in that department can assist instead I am told that the handset(which I never ordered) needs to be returned back to the warehouse. Kagiso who always apologises for his mistake has never called me back and each time I call and spend over 20 minutes I get told that the contract will only be cancelled once the phone gets back to the warehouse. I am now asking MTN why I need to be inconvenienced for someone's mistake. Each time I call the call centre I speak to ****** *********** *****s who never have a manager( allegedly Mosa) on the floor. I am noting all my conversations & cellphone records and will be reporting the matter with ICASA or the highest platform. Unfortunately I dont have Kagiso's surname and I am told that they are not allowed to give their surnames according to the manager who is on the floor but not available to take calls. All the stupid *****s i spoke to are Kagiso, Onica and Phelo who are all ****en rude and never know what the **** to say. They always make me feel like I need to beg them to give me proper service and always hang up on me for no apparent reason. Sort this **** out today and rest assured that you are losing me as one of your million clients.
