MTN Business Sales - abolsolutely useless! Worst company ever
<p>Ref - #26425. I started the application process for a new MTN business contract on the 13th of April 2016. I sent in the forms and all supporting documentation and its now the 1st of June and I still dont know whats going on with my new contract. They asked for additional documents like two weeks after the application which I submitted. I have emailed Thandeka Mncube and Mapiti Wilson Raphiri every couple of days since then. Noone can tell me whats going on. I have never ever been so frustrated and dealt with such a useless and efficient company in all my life! I even complained on MTN fb page and was told to contact Thembinkosi Mokwena who also isnt helping me. I dont know what else to do!! If I had a choice to not use MTN I would but MTN signal is better than Vodacom. I live on a farm. Please dont even think about trying to get a business contract! You will regret it!</p>
