MTN Business Refuses contract

First I want to start out by rating the service I received from the MTN shop in Middelburg 5/5. They really did their best. This review is for MTN business accounts.

We have been with MTN Business for over 10 years with an average of 4-6 business contracts. Our average spend over then last 10 years more than R 600 000.00, In that 10 years NEVER has a debit been declined

We wanted to make some changes to our business account. Including adding a pay-as-go on a contract. Also removing 2x contracts and making them pay-as-you-go.

MTN says my company is "too high risk bracket" to allow contract. (After I have just upgrade 2x of the contracts for another 24 months). I have spend more than 10 hours writing emails, calling and each time they will tell me, they understand the issue and agree with me and will sort it out in a few days.

No-one ever comes back to you.

Our business have just been approved for buy 2x properties, we have been pre-approved for a new delivery van. And according to Vodacom they pre-approved my company for a new contract within 4 hours!!!!?????

How is it that MTN keeps on sending me SMS to upgrade my other 2x contracts but denies me a single pay-as-you-go to contract!?
