MTN ********* business practices

Please do not cellphone contracts with MTN. You will struggle to cancel your contract and they put on a month to month basis charge you ridiculous amount of money per month. Then will handover your account to debt collectors, your account will be with debt collectors but acrue charges monthly. Their retentions department will delay cancelation to strategicly increase amount on your account. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MTN CONTRACTS. you sign a 24 month contract but the contract is expiry is indefinite. How is the law even allowing this ********* practice to take place ?
