MTN Business Online - extremely unhelpful and frustrating activation process

It has been a very frustrating process to get this MTN Business Online subscription active. The sim was finally delivered on Friday but you did not mention that the sim would be arriving un-Ricaed and un-activated. The sim also comes with no information to inform us of this and who to call to get it Ricaed and activated. We finally got hold of someone at the call center who said that they would refer it to be Rica within 24 hours - which has still not been done. Now when we call your call center is closed and so no one is able to help me throughout the weekend. As mentioned on Tuesday when I spoke to you it is very important that I can this internet connection up and running asap but we have faced delays and problems at every turn. I am at my wits end trying to get this activated. You would think that an online option would be quick and painless but this has not been the case.
