MTN Business not servicing clients

I have been contacting MTN Business numerous times to do a simple merge. I found that the staff is mostly ***********. (Due to the POPI Act, I will not mention their names here). They don't understand my request. I want a more extensive data and minutes bundle, and they say they will reply and never do. They also seem to find it challenging to understand such a simple question. It's disappointing.
