MTN business - more than 3 weeks after signing the contract and still haven't received! the device!?

I took out a business contract with MTN over a month ago. Still haven't received the device. The customer service agent assures me DSV will call to schedule delivery, but still nothing. Can I urgently get a response or have this contract cancelled?
