MTN Business LTE does not give true data speeds

I have a data contract. I have submitted various logs and emails, but my speed on business LTE is under 1mb/sec. I work on MS 365 and my whole system is at a complete standstill if we are more than 1 user. I was promised LTE speeds and I am currently getting worse service than with Telkom and that is saying much.
