MTN Business is an absolute JOKE!!

MTN as a whole are not renowned for their service levels! I have the misfortune of having a contract with MTN Business with which I have had endless trouble since the beginning of 2014. Recently though their lack of service levels have reached an all time high!<br> <br> A disadvantage with a business account is that nothing can be done over and above your contract without written correspondence to the call centre, which is only open until 5:00pm weekdays. This would all be fair and well if you could actually get hold of them, or of ANYONE at MTN for that matter! I have been trying to speak to the call centre for 2 weeks regarding the data on my phone so as not to be charged out of bundle rates, which we all know are exorbitant, but they are either closed, one cannot get through, or one sits and holds for assistance for hours only to be cut off! I resorted to sending emails, to which you get an automated response with a reference number!!! Again, all fair and well if you are able to get hold of them to follow up on a reference!!!<br> <br> Due to their lack of service and response I was informed by the \self-help"option this morning that I am being charged out of bundle rates!
