MTN Business is a ****.

I have been sending emails since last year to cancel my contract, paid early cancellations and all my units are fully paid up. MTN won't close my business account with them. I send emails literally everyday and no one bothers to reply. It's been 4 months. I've been emailing *** and *** and I'm still not getting any assistance. Instead MTN debited my account this month when everything is fully paid up and I don't owe them anything. Terrible service. Cancel my account and refund my money. ********.
