MTN Business is a Joke!!

What a joke, MTN Business is the worst telecoms company EVRERRRRR!!!! I canceled my Vodacom contract for being to expensive and thought MTN will be better. Haha joke was on me. Since the 3rd of July 2024 MTN can not deliver a simcard to me with the new contract. How on earth are MTN bussiness still in bussiness. The sales team are *********** and useless. I ordered a sim only deal on the 3rd of July 2024 MTN said 4 days or so to deliver. We went away and asked that they deliver the simcard the 23rd of July. 31st of July we called MTN and asked where is the sim, we spoke to another sales person and he said that the deal was canceled(not by us) reason unknown. After that we ordered another simcard that one was cancelled as well for unkown reasons again (not by me). We than decided we are going to upgrade and old Mtn number, but guess what .... yes you guessed it right it also got canceled. Maybe I should just go back to Vodacom!!!
