MTN Business Incompetence!

After I received the settlement amount for data contract cancelation, I sent an email to *** cancelling my contract with proof of payment for the settlement attached to the email. The email was sent 8th February 2023, Ignored by mtn until I complained about it on the 13th of April 2023, and Ayesha from mtn (***) promised to sort it out, nothing happened. I sent an email again to *** , they promised to resolve it, nothing was done, I need them to just refund me and cancel the damn contract
