MTN Business - Frustrating

So frustrates with MTN Business. App**** online for a business contract. Got everything approved eventually. When trying to do follow-ups you literally hold on for more than 30 mins at a time. Phone was delivered however there is no update as to what the porting procedure is and when it will happen. I sent an e-mail last week and got a reply that they will check and advise.
