MTN Business does business in a very 'unbusiness-like' manner!

Do not aim to open a business account with MTN - it's tiresome and frustrating to make sure that you actually get what you sign up for and pay.

We signed up on 31 January 2017 and at last finished the application and all requests mid February 2017 (due to tardiness and late replies from the MTN consultant as well as frequent requests for new applications, etc etc). We had to fight for the once off 30gig valid for 30 days (MTN notified us that it will only be valid until the end of February) which in the end we did receive and which was valid for 30 days. Unfortunately we now have to fight again for the 100mb a month.

The reply to my query was 'you only signed up in February and then the deal was not valid any more. ' How can we be penalised on such an issue because of mistakes on MTN's side? All the supporting documents we had to send were correct and sent in time and what they requested. Only the application form was incorrect and that was a form sent from MTN to us to complete. When the new application form was requested I specifically asked if we would still qualify for the deal and the reply was it would be okay, we should just leave open the space for the 'date'. The email even stated "do not populate the dates".

I logged a complaint with customer care on 7 April 2017 and asked about feedback on 11 April and still haven't received any answer from them.

Why do we need to fight for something we signed up for? I am almost too scared to do the upgrade on the line that was transferred - will I have to fight again for everything we ask and pay for?

Any feedback? Logged this a week ago and still haven't received any feedback. Where should I go now? Feedback is just common courtesy and seen as professional behaviour. Lacking once again...
