MTN business contracts unfair
Please can MTN explain to me how they can offer business contracts to business customers, but then limit it to only businesses with CK or REG docs - We operate our business out of a trust and we have been excluded from this offer, this is exceptionally unfair and I think MTN really need to consider this exclusion as we have been customers for many many years and now seriously considering moving to another network.

I think you have misunderstood the complaint, I have been in store and I have contacted your business department of which neither can assist.
The contract will be transferred into the business name - but the business is in a trust and therefore there are no CK or Reg docs so no one can help
