MTN Business Contract...being ***** and not 1 month the correct deal, but they take my money!!

Good Day. I started with a new BUSINESS CONTRACT Nov 2018 that was for 1000 Talk min, 23GB, and 200sms.

On the 6th of Nov I received 500 Talk Min, 20GB (once off) and 23GB and 200 sms! I phone and they logged a query for the other 500min that MTN still owed me. as soon as we log a query that same afternoon I will get an sms that says it has been resolved....... BUT STILL did not received my other 500min. Phone call after phone call, query log after query log..... it never gets resoved. DECEMBER - new month..... AGAIN I only get 500 Talk min, 200 sms and this time NO BUT LIKE IN 0 GB for December. Again I phone and log query, that I did 4 times in December. End of December MTN Springs Email, phone everything that they could do they did try to get Head Office to do a Deal id but with NO SUCCESS!!!!

JANUARY - new month......AGAIN.... I only get 500 Talk Min, 200sms and lucky me I got 3GB and still not my 23GB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phone call after phone call, query log after query log..... it never gets resoved.

How is it possible for MTN to take my money for the last 3 months but I DO NOT GET WHAT I'M PAYING FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS *****, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE WORD *****. I'm sick of hearing that the query has been resolved when it has NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!!! I left Vodacom thinking that MTN would be the better choice but I was soo wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm also not going to leave it here, because I have to buy Data for myself where my contract says it should give me 23GB, now I pay dubble for date. That is unacceptable!!!!!
